My baby is now 11 months old and according to her pedia's advice continue to breastfeed with healthy solid foods. Her Dr. said na better if fresh fruits and cooked vegetables such as: - baby cereals with mashed banana -mommy-made pancake using 1 banana and 1 egg Fresh fruits: -apple, orange, seedless grapes, watermelon, avocado Cooked vegetables: -brocolli, (mashed) potato, sweet potato, carrots, squash, sayote She also eats chicken and fish just make sure na yung laman lang, no skin and bones. Lastly, she loves to eat baby biscuits din and crackers which has vitamins. #BabyMama
