Little tensed 😮‍💨

Any suggestions mommy’s… how to calm myself i am little tensed and worried about birth 😵‍💫 36 weeks going and feel so much depressed

FTM? Tbh, sleep and nap all you can. Once you pop, bye bye sleep and nap. At least during the newborn stage. Enjoy doing whatever you like now. Maybe sit in the park for slow breathing, it’s calming. Maybe pray and give thanks for even the littlest things in life. I love to close my eyes and breath slow and steady, then starting from my head, one by one, I will tell my body to rest. You will notice how tensed your muscles are. I find this extremely calming and before I reach the toes, I’m already asleep 😌
