Kimkim, pag iyak, pag kausap kay baby sa tummy at pray. di ksi lahat ng partner maaasahan, yung iba kasi sasabihan na "arte lang" đŸ„ș

Is it just me? I don't feel stress or have any anxiety attacks during my whole pregnancy. I'm always happy. Maybe I'm a weird mum. 😊

idinaan ko nalang sa pag lilinis at pagtatanim nang mga bulaklak😊

Pray! I really enjoy doing this with my husband. That way, he will also know what I'm feeling and what I'm going through.

focus on my office works pag ganung stress ako sa loved one ko, sa kanya kasi ako nasstress kaya baliktad.

kulong sa kwarto. iyak. after iyak soundtrip nursery rhymes then kakantahan ko si baby sa tummy.

Sometimes I cannot manage... 😅 lalo na pav wfh tapos ang ingay pa isang anak ko.. hehe

stop overthinking just go with the flow and pray🙏 nothing more nothing less😉

Spend more time doing things I like, example: cooking, watching, playing games

Just sleep it over. And distract myself from overthinking.

no one understand, so i just keep it within myself and cry...
