my stomach ache feel like bloated everynight. and its hard to sleep . i dont know what position it takes an hour before i fall asleep. what does it mean? its normal #1stimemom im 7weeks pregnant

yes mommy, gnyan din ako nung 1st trimester always bloated and hirap din mtulog ang ginagawa ko ang dami kung unan sa mga side ko hehe pati sa between legs ko pra lang mkatulog ako kaagad and comfortable ung sleep ko.. pg bloated nmn umiinom ako minsan nung ginger tea.. Ganun po.
