Sorry to bother everyone.. Im currently 3 months pregnant and yesterday i lay down on my tummy while entertaining my niece after about 30 mins laying down my tummy hurts alot.. Is it because i lay down on my tummy or other reason?

Best to go check with your obgynae. Also recommend you don’t lie on your stomach and cause unnecessary pressure to your baby
