Sorry to bother everyone.. Im currently 3 months pregnant and yesterday i lay down on my tummy while entertaining my niece after about 30 mins laying down my tummy hurts alot.. Is it because i lay down on my tummy or other reason?

its best to see your gynae and it is not advisable to lie on your tummy as it causes pressure, pls be careful and take care :)
