29 Weeks Pregnant, My Toddler Got HFMD
My son was diagnosed with HFMD(hand, foot and mouth disease) , he's under medication now. Worried lang din ako sa baby ko in my tummy if ever na mahawa ako. Risky po ba ito sa mga buntis?
since i got pregnant i've been exposed to children having hfmd. i have students daily turning up in school then sent home because of hfmd scare and true enough, turns out they really have hfmd. my doctor and other school personnel will just remind me to maintain hygiene. keep hands clean and sanitize the surrounding. use child friendly sanitizer at all times. keep your immunity up by eating healthy and drink lots and lots of water. take vitamins. vitamin c is the best to build immunity. get enough sleep. and did i mention? you need to WASH YOUR HANDS. i also used a face mask for some time.

dapat po binigyan po kayo ng gamot pwede maapektuhan po si baby lalo na buntis kayo pati anak nyo po
nagpacheckup na ba kayo sa ob dapat po maagapan po para hindi magkaroon ng kumplikasyon si baby
Pa check up ka agad sis para maresetahan ka med na pampalakas immune system mo po.
