Vaccine side effect?

My son had his 5 in 1, PCV and rotavirus vaccine last Wednesday. The next day he started pooping more frequent than usual (he used to poop once a day). 3 to 5x a day siya ngayon kung magpoop. I'm bothered because it's the 5th day na madalas siya magpoop. I have read articles that temporary diarrhea is a side effect of rota vaccine but I'm still worried. Anyone here who have experienced the same? Gano po katagal nagtae si baby? May nirecommend po ba sainyong medication? Thanks#1stimemom
