Can someone tell me paano maless ung pamamanas? Currently at my 35week now.. naglalakad naman aq mga 15 to 30mins a day at nakakagalaw naman sa bahay as form of exercise.. sinusunod q naman ung OB and also parainom naman aq ng vitamins at more water intake as they advice.. ano pa ba pd mommies??
