Can someone tell me how to not over think or not think of anything, to stop being stress out? I'm tired of over thinking. I'm not at peace.

For me its up to you sis. You can try to think other thinks like happy thoughts. Or try mo magtanim para ma divert ang attention mo sa iba. Ginawa ko yan nung nagka post partum ako. Nagtanim ako ng ano ano. Or try to talk to your partner or family. Wag ka magpatalo sariling control lang yan sis. Think positive isipin mo anak mo
