6 weeks no heartbeat doctor send me home to come back another day.

Someone please help me. I'm currently 6 weeks. I've been having brownish discharge every now and then. Had bleeding, bright red. Went to kkh at 4 weeks pregnant then when I had the bleeding and kkh detected heartbeat said it looks like a threatened miscarriage. Had appointment yesterday at nuh and gyne couldn't detect heartbeat. Gyne sent me home and to come back next week. Gyne also mentioned there is not progress in growth of fetus. I'm very nervous.#pleasehelp #advicepls
