Jealous of daughter

Some mothers sometimes are a little. I don't have daughter yet but that's what my friends tell me. Like daughter is the princess to the father who will drive anywhere, no matter how far or spend how much to buy the food/thing that the girl wants but when it comes to the wife, wife is asked to forget the idea. In-laws also v favor daughter. But they mostly feel it's ok, more pple to love and shower love on daughter so why not
