Some 1 yo are still lazy to eat. But most love exploring new taste n food. Especially after 1yo they can take a little salt n sugar ardy.

Better to choose something a bit softer... Can eat solid food, but cut to smaller pieces

their teeth is too fragile, i would blend it or give really soft foods
