Thickening Uterus Lining

Hi mummies! I just did my post partum check up and was told the uterus lining is thickening up 😧 Anyone know what to drink / eat or old wife tales to thin / normalise it? Very worry 😪#Needadvice #AskingAsAMom #firsttimemom

Same situation. My gynae advised not to worry and just monitor. As long as you are not in pain and your periods are normal, it is fine.
