Showering baby at night.

I often came home late like 12am from my village in malaysia. After i came home i’ll always shower off my son who is 1yr old with warm water just to freshen up before i put him to bed. Is this ok though? I dont like to just wipe wipe. I feel likes its not clean unlike having a bath. Anyone #advicepls
