Cold sweat on Baby’s feet

Hi all, my baby who is 4.5 mo now always have cold sweat on feet. I can see the sweat on his feet, so it’s quite wet. Does anyone have the same experience? It doesn’t seem that bad before he had covid through. He had covid when he was 3 mo. Worried that it’s a health issue. #1stimemom
