First, change bedsheets every 3-4 days and vacuum mattress as well. Next, spring clean your room and throw away all unnecessary items to keep room spic and span. Check bedboards and mattress for black marks, possible eggs of the bugs. If you are also being bitten, call A pest control personnel ASAP to eradicate bugs
My matress used to have this bed bugs. Tried many methods before I bought a vacuum to clean it up like every week. You will be surprised there are so many dead skins and bed bugs on our matress. Get one bed vacuum eg dyson, shimono or rainbow.
