After they fell asleep, carry them back in their room. So that when they wake up, they realise that they are sleeping on their own bed and it turns out just fine

pre bedtime routine, and accompany her at her bed till she sleeps. after some time she will get used to your absence and routine of sleeping in her own bed

Lie with them first, read some bedtime story. Also reward them if they listen to instructions

Bring then back to their own bed after they have slept

we still practice co sleeping for 7 years na. 😊
