Momsh drink more water, eat yogurt, drink yakult or delight and eat green leafy veggies po.. Normal pag poop ko dahil dyan sa mga yan.. Pwede ka din kumain ng oatmeal.. Saka fruits like suha, ponkan, etc.. I'm on my 29th weeks also like you.. 😊
