Better yet try folic acid and any maternity milk. Mag eat ng plenty of fruits & veggies (green leafy veggies apple, banana, orange, mango, ect.), drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday, iwas ka muna sa pagkain ng maanghang, too much sweets, stay at home lang dahil mahirap ang first trimester. :) you can contact the nearest hospital if may OB available in the next coming days para bantay si baby dahil maselan ang first trimester. Lahat tayo takot, when going to a hospital/clinic, always always be aware of your surroundings. Mag face mask (lagyan ng tissue if cloth mask lang), wear longsleeved top & legging tapos close shoes (as advised 'yan by my OB kapag pumupunta ako ng clinic niya). Have a happy pregnancy, sis!
nung 1st check up ko...folart, obimin at duvadillan nireseta sakin ng oby ko tsaka promama na milk.....ung folart folic acid po un ung obimin multivitamins at ung duvadillan pampakapit un.....
Better take folic acid po. Yan din usually i-prescribe sa yo ng doctor during the first trimester pag magpapa check up ka. Congrats!
