Kung shared mat leave, mababawasan yung 105days mo na benefits at leave. kung may work naman sya, at regukar din, paternity leave na lang gamitin nya then extend leave na lang, lalo kung kasal naman kayo. Si hubby ko 1month ang ginawang leave. ako sinolo ko yung sss mat leave benefits ko kasi meron din naman sya since govt employee sya.
