Asking about cyst

Me,we're expecting na pregnant aq after 4positive PT. pero NG nagpacheck up aq they found out na may dermoid cyst aq sa left ovary na need operahan,and walang matrace na pregnancy. We asked for second opinion sa ibang OB based sa result,may corpus luteum cyst nmn ako,both cyst na sinasabi nila were connected to early pregnancy pero ang masakit Wala daw Makita sa ultrasound at nagspotting ako. Di nmn nila maexplain reason bkit ako nagpositive sa PT KC first time ko mag positive result sa PT na umabot pa sa 4times. Nakakalungkot kc were expecting na din to have a baby since we're waiting for almost 9yrs na. Hoping and praying 🙏 na biyayaan na din kami.
