i'd suggest keep a routine na dapat by ganitong oras sleep na... dim mo na yung lights, tapos medyo palamigin mo yung room๐ kung ayaw pa talaga matulog, read kayo ng book๐ or any quiet activity kahit saglit lang... then higa na kayo to encourage sleep time๐
