So no, hindi po 100% effective ang withdrawal, kahit ligation or vasectomy, although highly effective ay hindi pa rin perfect 100% effective. Having said that, personally, we use a combination of withdrawal, condom and calendar method, and no unwanted pregnancy pa naman in 5 years.

don't trust withrawal, it's not effective, I'm a victim of that.
