Spirulina vitamins

Hello sino na nakapag take ng spirulina food supplement dito? Gusto ko malaman kung anong effect or may side effects po ba ito sainyo? Iam currently taking spirulina twice a day ng puritan since may 1st trimester ngayon 2nd trimester na ako #pregnancy #1stimemom

nako momsh. inform nyo po OB nyo about that. no offense pero doctor po ba ang hubby at MIL nyo? if not po, need nyo po sabihin sa OB nyo kasi hindi porket herbal ay pwede na basta basta iintake ng buntis

Hindi po alam ni doc na nag tatake ako pero pinapainom kasi sya ni hubby dahil healthy daw yun at sabi ni mama nya wala naman sya side effect as of now. malakas dn naman heart beat ni baby
