Delayed

Hi. Sino dito may same case sakin? I had my period 5months after I gave birth, it was May8. But last June8 until today, di ako dinatnan. Wlang contraceptive, withdrawal lng. But I took several PT's since I am 5days delayed until today, but It is all negative. I am a pure bf mom. Just want to ask if meron ba dito same case like mine? And what to do? I am worried po.
