Medyo mahirap po umire since you can't feel the contractions. Ang pati yung pag ire mismo is medyo mahirap gawin since your not sure if nakaka ire ka nga kasi you don't feel a thing. Pero tinulungan naman ako ng OB ko and yung others na kasama sa delivery room mag push. Medyo mahirap din siya. Then after sa recovery room ka muna.
