Tubig lang po miii. Sinipon din ako. Iwas lang muna sa matamis at malamig. Pero nagtry ako maglemon at honey (mainit) 2-3 times a day. Tas kain ng orange. Medyo okay na pakiramdam ko now, pagaling na sipon ko. Nagstart nung Thursday. 4 days lang, medyo okay na. Although may konti pa ngayon.
