For ifc, only when the child is born then indicate interest or can be earlier?
My singpass only show my 1st child details but I can't add new child info. help pls!!

Hi! I experienced the same thing. FTM no choice life app only allows once kid is born. Have to call individual centres to explain and leave your name and contact.
