M 19 weeks pregnant.... had gone for Quad test .Seeing the results m lil worried trisomy 18 is positive .Need your advice

The quad test is only a screening test. It does not diagnose the condition. It tells you that you need to go for further tests, so discuss this with your gynae and proceed with the tests:)
