Possible autism?

Should I be worried if my child turning 14 months old does tip toeing, hand flapping when happy and doesn't respond to her name everytime I call her except if we are playing peekaboo? May eye contact naman kami and nauutusan ko naman sya. We play together most of the time. Kinakabahan talga ako. Pero based on my research wait till 2 yrs old daw to make sure na hindi na tama yung mga naoobserve ko. My relatives also said na maliit pa daw anak ko kaya ganun. Their kids also experienced some of them and almost 2 yrs old daw ng magrespond sa name yung anak nya. Nabasa ko din naman na normal daw till 3 yrs old ang magtiptoe ang baby and eventually maa outgrow naman daw yun. Paranoid ako mga momsh and may anxiety na ako. Help me pls.
