Should I use body shampoo for my baby? All the while I just rinse with water only. She is 6 month old now. As I read some articles baby doesn't need to use body shampoo. Me too. I never used shampoo on babies head. Just body wash and it suffice. After shower ill apply coconut oil as my older boy has eczema. And the dad has a family history of skin conditions as well.
