Should i be concerned when stool colour is grey?
when my baby first started solid foods was having grey stools too and after get used to solid it will be fine. contacted GP at that point of time as long output normal intake normal shouldn't be a problem. If you worry do call in and ask.
Yes! I was told by my baby's PD if stools are pigmented colour, it means it's normal but not very light colour, white or greyish stools. It means something is wrong with the kidney function. Please see a PD asap!
I think you should go to PD.. my baby had ever grey stool but dark grey stool cause effect of phototherapy but after that stool color come back as usual.. How many days that your baby stool like that?
Generally stool that are earth-colour are okay. For your case, it is very abnormal. Please go see PD or Polyclinic for kkh referral if cost is an issue.
