Should I carry any medicines while travelling in a rain with my 8mo? Any precautions I should take?

definetly u should carrry some immportant meficines like for fever,cold ,cough,dirrohea,vomitings,ors sachets for dehydration purpose,sweater,woollen cap,socks,and u can follow some hm remides like small pieces of ginger with honey,haldi milk.
