Hello, so sorry to hear that you're going through this... I've had an ectopic preg a few years ago. Hcg was high but they couldn't find anything, until my gynae spotted the bb in my left fallopian tube. Like you, I had no bleeding nor pain No symptoms at all. I had to go through emergency surgery the very same day because with that size, my tube would have ruptured under normal circumstances. If it makes you more comfortable waiting to see what happens, you could do that. But do monitor yourself closely and if you feel unwell, seek help immediately (because if it's really ectopic preg, it could be dangerous).
