Difficulty adjusting

Share ko lang. I am very workaholic before I got pregnant and now I have trouble adjusting to everything. Konti lang natatapos kong work, sarap matulog, feeling pagod lagi, walang gana kumain. I can't stay up late to catch up with work. I'm worried all the time. Konting kirot or nararamdaman, nagwoworry agad ako kung okay lang ang baby. What do I do??? 😅😅😅😅 10 wks pregnant, still a long way to go #1stimemom #advicepls

same miii major adjustment din po sakin, gusto ko kasi lagi akong productive, pero first tri wala talaga akong energy, laging tulog, tinatamad maligo hahahah. enjoy nio lang po ung time nio with baby, basa basa ng pregnancy books, plan your diet din para healthy ang mga kinakain :D make the most out of your pregnancy po na hindi puro sa work ang focus :)) babalik din po ang energy and motivation by 2nd tri
