Difficulty adjusting

Share ko lang. I am very workaholic before I got pregnant and now I have trouble adjusting to everything. Konti lang natatapos kong work, sarap matulog, feeling pagod lagi, walang gana kumain. I can't stay up late to catch up with work. I'm worried all the time. Konting kirot or nararamdaman, nagwoworry agad ako kung okay lang ang baby. What do I do??? 😅😅😅😅 10 wks pregnant, still a long way to go #1stimemom #advicepls

it's not that your having trouble adjusting, you're just experiencing the normal signs of pregnancy. normal talaga yan, magiging antukin tapos parang ang bigat ng katawan mo na tamad n tamad kang kumilos at madalas emotional. ako gnagawa ko nlang, sapilitan nlang ang pag bangon at kilos at di ko na hinahayaan pang mag isip ang utak ko kng gano ako kaantok pero pag grabe n talaga antok ko at di mkpagfocus, mag popower nap lang ako sandali. wag mo rin masyado tagtagin ang katawan mo sa trabaho kasi baka malagay sa alanganin si baby.
