Difficulty adjusting

Share ko lang. I am very workaholic before I got pregnant and now I have trouble adjusting to everything. Konti lang natatapos kong work, sarap matulog, feeling pagod lagi, walang gana kumain. I can't stay up late to catch up with work. I'm worried all the time. Konting kirot or nararamdaman, nagwoworry agad ako kung okay lang ang baby. What do I do??? 😅😅😅😅 10 wks pregnant, still a long way to go #1stimemom #advicepls

Ganyan talaga Momsh kapag working soon to be mom. Pero kapag nasa 2nd trimester ka na medyo malessen na yung paglilihi stage. Medyo mas magaan ang pakiramdam unlike ng nasa 10-12 weeks palang. Same sayo, grabe din yung katamaran ko, yung pagod, antok, walang gana, at mas matindi pa kasi suka lahat ng kakainin. Pero now 16 weeks na ako, nanjan padin yung katamaran onti, yung pagod, pero may gana na then di na nagsusuka. Medyo mas marami na din akong nagagawa sa work unlike nung mga nakaraang weeks. Fighting mi. Malalagpasan mo din yan. Yung pag woworry naman, ganyan din ako pero sabi kasi ng OB ko, no to negative thoughts as long as okay si baby on the previous check up, sure na healthy sya. Always drink your prenatal vitamins and ingat po lagi. ☺️
