For gastric : eating on time, a well balance healthy meal, don’t stress(stress can trigger gastric), alkaline water helps me too and kentut as much as u can 😀 For headaches : drinking enough water (2.5-3 litre) a day, getting enough rest and sleep ! If that didn’t help, boil water and once it is boiled soak a few cinnamon stick for 30 mins (make sure it’s real cinnamon). Drink once the water turn brown or yellowish. (It is what my gynae taught me for headache relief during pregnancy) but if u have doubt, best to consult ur own doctor for better advice and guidance. Hope u feel better soon!
