Sleep train 1 year old

baby sya pun 1y2w sekarang memang pandai sudah tidur sendiri kalau lepas menyusu dia guling2 lepastu tertidur..sya ajar dari 11m lagi hehe

Baby sy da 1 thn masih lg ambil masa 2-3 jam utk tdo sendiri. Dan berbotol2 susu utk tdo😩😩😩any idea utk sleep train my one year old boy?
