hi sis.. sy pun awal2 tk minum air gula sbb umur sy, parents tk de history kencing manis and bmi normal. tpi sy kene minum air gula jgk sbb berat naik mendadak. That time sy boleh naik 800g je dlm mse sebulan. tpi sy ter gain 2.3kg pulak dlm sebulan tu. Hat ni dia bgi chance la sbb bru first time, before this tk naik bnyk sgt.😂 time ni dia wrning kalau berat naik lgi kene minum air gula, monitor bp and jumpa pakar makanan. tibe2 next appmtn berat tk rilek lak naik smpai 4.9kg. nurse terus suruh monitor bp 2x smggu n minum air gula next appmnt. tpi alhamdulillah gdm tk sgkut bp pon closed case sbb everything ok je.
now berat maintain. kalau tk dia suruh jumpa pakar pemakanan pulak. dh jenuh satu hal hahaha. actually naik jgk berat. tpi tk bnyk, smpai berkilo2 mcm sblum ni. conclusion nya sis kena kawal berat, jgn smpai naik bnyk sgt. even tk sgkut gdm dgn bp pun, kalau berat still naik mendadak.. nurse still suruh jumpa pakar. sy pon tgh control nafsu makan. lately ni nk makan malam jeee. sblum ni berat sy naik sbb makan malam la. aihh....
