Anyone knows?

It is said we will only know if there is no heartbeat through an ultrasound. If my ultrasound is 3 weeks away, will there be any other symptoms before that? Anyone knows or have experience?

Are you a 1st time mum? If yes, it's actually difficult to know unless you have a doppler but not advisable to use it frequently. For experienced mum, can feel baby's movement at an earlier stage or feel it's heartbeat when you put your hand on your tummy.
