Fenugreek and lecithin

why do u want to take lecithine? becoz it is known for preventing blocked ducts. since u r takong fenugreek to increase milk supply, perhaps u can skip the lecithin first.

Had clogged ducts when taking fenugreek but without it, my supply is lower. Heard that lecithin can help with clogged ducts.
