Rough sex at 12 weeks pregnancy

Hello! Is it safe to have a long rough sex during 12 weeks pregnancy? My partner and I did it last night, and I woke up this morning, as if all of the upsetting symptoms are gone. I’m worried that it might have caused miscarriage or harm to the baby.#advicepls #pleasehelp #pregnancy

When you say upsetting symptoms - are you referring to usual pregnancy symptoms - like nausea, fatigue, bloating? If yes, these usually ease a bit when you reach 2nd trimester, or around week 13 - 14. From what I've read, sex is generally safe at any stage of pregnancy, as far as rough and long it's usually not specified in papers. As long as there weren't any bleeding, or contraction, your baby should be safe. When in doubt, always seek guidance from your OB.
