Is it safe to feed canned sardines to one year old baby ? Bones will be removed but not sure if sardines is okie to feed to my LO

I don't give processed food to my LO below 2. It depends on individual preference and if u think you r comfortable to give. As your tod is only one yr old, some food might be allergen so just be caution n give one new food per week to test out ya.
