Sabi ng OB ko more walking then squats daw. Kaso hanggang walking lang talaga kaya ko, hindi ko na kaya magsquats kasi my naipit na ugat sa left knee ko nung athlete pa ko. So everytime na mgbebend yung knee ko, sobrang sakit na parang hindi ka na talaga makatayo 😢 Any tips or exercise or foods para mag open yunh cervix po? #advicepls

walk ka lnh tlaga sinxe hnd mo kaya mag squat. Saka meron ka pa until 40weeks so chill ka lang. lalabas naman yan si baby mg kusa wag ka lanh abutin ng 40weeks.
