•Yogurt + fruits (banana, strawberry, apple minsan mix.) •Oats + fruits + konting formula milk (pwede din lagyan yogurt) •Minsan fruits only for a snack. pwede frozen for teething baby •Soft tofu + fruits + yogurt •Egg yolk + avocado + formula milk •Scrambled egg • Rice mixed with carrots, corn, peas + veggies (mix and match. Minsan broccoli, sweet potato, carrots, spinach, squash) • Fish + veggies (white meat lang w/ low mercury level) Make sure it's mashed or naka puree. My son is 8 months and eats twice a day and minsan may snack. Ginagawa ko is dede kagising, tas 1st meal after 3 hours, tas 2nd dede, snack, 3rd dede or 2nd meal then 3rd dede. Minsan lang nagigising sa madaling araw para mag dede but most times hindi na. Pag nabubusog si baby sa umaga most likely tuloy tuloy siya matutulog sa gabi. If ever nauna ung dede niya tapos meal sa gabi, binibigyan ko si baby ng konting milk pa bago matulog. Throughout the day, i let him have sips of water

Fruits, boiled veggies, oats, lugaw, rice... practically kung ano yung kinakain namin but minus the salt, sugar or any seasoning. Solids are mashed or sliced to non-choking hazards ang pieces ☺️ We also delayed giving eggs and meats for as much as we could.

Supplementary breastfeeding kami noon at priority ko pa rin ang pagbibigay bm, so before 1yo ay breakfast and lunch ko lang sya pinapakain ng solids (and dede first before meal). Tamang patikim-tikim lang para masanay sya sa iba't-ibang klaseng flavors and textures. Pwede rin namang mas marami o madalas pa, kung gusto nya. Then at 1yo complimentary breastfeeding na lng so doon ko na sya pinag-3 meals and 2 snacks daily, then solids first before milk.
