Any tips so baby can come out na?

My RT-PRC result just released and I want to give birth in a week na sana. Currently 37 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Any advice? #1stimemom #firstbaby

I think that all depends on your baby momsh. Kung ready na ba sya lumabas or hindi. 😊
