Reward does not have to be monetary or expensive...acknowledging their effort and a big hug is sometimes sufficient
I do little things which are their favourite like bringing them to their fav place or cooking their favourite dish
Sometimes, if they've maybe won a competition or something extraordinary. Not for exams and grades
We appreciate their efforts put but we don't want to set the expectations of having rewards
Totally... if they dont do well, encourage them and not build fear of failure
they do get rewards which is for their efforts and xtra if did well.
Yes it’s to encourage them to continue their hard work.
They do well anyway so it would need to be a special case
