- sniffing freshly cut ginger - drinking tender coconut water - eating small meals - walking - breathing exercise (slow breath in breath out) - Gaviscon if it's too bad (only if checking with your Gynae)
Sniff peppermint oil and rub some on tummy area when bloated/nauseous.
